Do you provide estimates?
After your initial consultation, you will be provided with an estimate and suggestions of which services will best suit you and your family.
Do you work with businesses as well as families?
We work very successfully with businesses, such as production companies and international offices, to provide their employees’ families with high-quality tuition and consultancy.
Which countries do you work in?
We work with families and businesses in countries all around the world, from Dubai to Shanghai, Canada to Singapore. Our tutors and consultants are all UK-based, but our residential tutors are willing to travel all over the world.
How do you accept payment?
We kindly request that all tuition and consultancy is paid for in advance. We accept payment over Paypal or through a BACS transfer.
If my child doesn’t attend a session, do I still have to pay?
Sessions must be paid for in advance, and if you are unable to make a session, we request a notice period of 48 hours.
Do you charge a registration fee?
We charge a registration fee of £75, and then £50 per child of the same family. This fee includes an assessment, as well as your child being perfectly matched with the right tutor and consultant for them.
